Dear Reader
If there is one thing I want to leave you with,
one truth I wish I could press gently into your palms,
it’s this:
You are enough.
You are not defined by the weight you’ve carried,
or the storms you walked through alone,
or the seasons that made you question your own strength.
You may not see it,
But there is a strength in you that is God-sent,
a light you kept alive in rooms that gave you nothing back.
That matters more than you know.
People will tell you to be more,
to try harder,
to push further,
and yes, growth is beautiful.
But sometimes the bravest thing you can do
is to believe that who you are today,
is not lacking.
Not unfinished.
Not unworthy.
Just…becoming.
And here is the part that maybe no one had ever told you:
Life doesn’t peak in one moment.
It opens in layers.
And every chapter,
even the ones that feel heavy or uncertain are still guiding you toward something gentler,
something clearer,
something better.
So if your heart has been tired,
or doubting,
or quietly hoping for things you don’t dare name..
breathe.
There are kinder days ahead.
There are doors meant for you that no one else can walk through.
There is love destined for you that doesn’t fade with time,
And there is a version of you waiting in the future
who will look back and say:
“What was I ever so worried about?!”
Dear reader,
you are a beautiful soul.
God is not done giving to you yet.
And what’s meant for you doesn’t miss.
Love,
Afia
