Lessons I’ve Learned Since Turning 30
Closure is a myth. You don’t need it to move on. You just need peace. And peace isn’t given—it’s chosen.
Soft doesn’t mean weak. You can be gentle and still have boundaries sharper than glass.
The way people treat you is never personal. It’s always a reflection of what they’re fighting—or avoiding—within themselves.
If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive. I no longer chase what makes my soul feel unsettled.
The people who are meant for you won’t need convincing. You’ll never have to shrink, explain, or beg for what’s already yours.
Faith makes everything feel lighter. There’s nothing like handing over what you can’t control to the One who can.
It’s okay to outgrow people. Not everyone gets to walk with you through every version of your healing.
Your intuition is your greatest protection. Listen to it. Every time.
You can start over at any time. Don’t let anyone—especially not your younger self—tell you otherwise.
You don’t need to be “healed” to be happy. Joy can exist alongside your questions. You can be in progress and still feel whole.
